This classic Italianate villa was really beautifully restored, very comfortable and with excellent amenities. The modern kitchen was very useful - apparently shared but we saw no one else! Great views from the room and huge wonderful balcony/terrace. Handy for the railway and buses. We loved it!

The room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The private parking was great! The owners were caring and very attentive, they truly took care of us. It’s very close to the train station, so it was very easy to get around.

Cuore Alpino is the perfect base to explore the beautiful Valle di Blenio. Easy to reach by public transport and a great starting point to go exploring in various directions. Sara is an incredible host who made the stay extra special: she's super kind, attentive, helpful, knowledgeable and clearly loves what she does. This is also reflected in the house: from the communal spaces to the rooms themselves you can tell a lot of love and care has gone into every detail, there's a lot of character as well as a very high standard of cleanliness. Breakfast is also delicious and locally sourced, and Sara adapted it for us being vegan. 100% recommended to anyone who's thinking about visiting the area, and we'll definitely choose to stay at Cuore Alpino next time we're there.

Located in Ascona, 2.8 km from Golfclub Patriziale Ascona, B&B Toblerina provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Nice and spacious room. Nice and clean bathroom with lots of towels. We could use an indoor pool. The outdoor pool wasn't open, but they did open it on our request. We had a very nice view from the balcony and the window in the room. Beds were clean and comfortable. Very good blind on the window allowed me to go to bed early in a dark room. There was a small refrigerator in the room with two small bottles of water. Breakfast was amazing, everything nice, really tasty and fresh. You couldn't possibly taste it all and eat there was so much of it. We got a coffee for breakfast and then we were offered another coffee. I was also able to hire for free walking poles. The whole place, everything we've used was nice and clean.

The hosts were so lovely and kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Our dog was also very welcome and the breakfast was high quality and lovely as well!
