The view from the room is incredible – you can relax on a sun lounger on the terrace and simply take it all in (there are even blankets for cooler evenings!). The staff were absolutely lovely. Special thanks to the kind waitress, the kitchen staff, and the person who welcomed us at check-in. They made our stay even more special. Breakfasts were tasty, and the dinners were truly delicious with prices that are reasonable by Swiss standards.

The host was excellent, very nice, and clear. The hotel offers a very nice view of the mountains and the lake, plus it is slightly outside the city centre, therefore very calm and quiet. Despite being a bit outside, the city centre is very easy to access since the hotel offers free bus tickets (and the bus station is just downstairs) and free WiFi in the old town. For us, this combination was just perfect! The breakfast was also very good, fresh, and diverse.

Room was clean and comfortable, basic, but we knew that. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
