There’s a special kind of magic that begins when the last cable car leaves at 4 p.m. and you’re left almost alone at the top of the mountain. It’s an unforgettable experience. The views are among the most breathtaking I’ve ever seen, with beautiful hiking trails and even a playground right next to the hotel. The view from the room is incredible – you can relax on a sun lounger on the terrace and simply take it all in (there are even blankets for cooler evenings!). The staff were absolutely lovely. Special thanks to the kind waitress, the kitchen staff, and the person who welcomed us at check-in. They made our stay even more special. Breakfasts were tasty, and the dinners were truly delicious with prices that are reasonable by Swiss standards.

Il Landgasthof Schlüssel Alpnach si trova ad Alpnach, ai piedi del Monte Pilatus. Breakfast had a huge variety, staff were extremely helpful and patient, hotel rooms were clean and spacious.

Directly on the shore of Lake Lucerne in Buochs, B&B Rigiblick am See houses an à la carte restaurant with a terrace and panoramic views over the lake. A truly delightful one-night stay at this Bed & Breakfast overlooking the lake. I received a very warm welcome from Mr. Francesco, who was extremely busy in the dining area but still took the time to kindly explain everything I needed to know to enjoy my stay to the fullest. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the lake. I also had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant on the ground floor, where I enjoyed excellent Italian cuisine. Once again, Mr. Francesco stood out for his kindness, courtesy, and warmth. I highly recommend this place!! —- Esperienza piacevolissima di una notte in questo Bed & Breakfast affacciato sul lago. Accoglienza calorosissima da parte del signor Francesco, impegnatissimo in sala ma al tempo stesso estremamente disponibile nello spiegarmi tutto ciò che c’era da sapere per godere al meglio del soggiorno. La camera era spaziosissima e molto confortevole, con una splendida vista sul lago. Ho avuto anche il piacere di cenare nel ristorante al piano terra, dove ho potuto gustare un’ottima cucina italiana. Ancora una volta, il signor Francesco si è distinto per gentilezza, cortesia e amabilità. Raccomando vivamente questo posto!

Per quanto riguarda le nostre esigenze era tutto in ordine, niente di negativo da segnalare. In più, con la carta giornaliera dei trasporti pubblici in omaggio, abbiamo approfittato per spostarci senza problemi di traffico.

Location is great, easy to find and easy on public transport. Charming authentic hotel with great and clearly very popular restaurant downstairs. Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, basic, but we knew that. We ate in the restaurant and the food was excellent.
