The staff was welcoming and very friendly.
Got a room in a separate small house 50 meters away from the main house. It turned out to be a good option - was quiet, only one neighbors room. The room itself was really nice, spacious with a big bathroom. And with the view into the TdP mountains!!!
There is Wi-Fi available in the main house in the lobby/dining area.
Heating was turned off during the night and turned on at 5AM. So if you get up right after that - it might be a bit chilly.
In general it was warm in the room when arrived and there was good heating in the bathroom as well.
Dinner was excellent - starter, main dish and a desert. Only for ~30USD. I think it's a quite decent amount knowing you are close to TdP NP and don't need to drive to Puerto Natales after a long hiking day...
Left ahead of the official breakfast time, but they provided some food earlier.

The service was incredible, the host was willing to help in any way, giving us advice for the park and making us feel at home. Both the breakfast and dinner were delicious as well. The tents were warm and cozy, and the location is perfect! Easy access to the park and beautiful views to wake up to.

Good location: view on the mountains, quiet and only 5-10mins by car from the Torres del Paine park entrance. The caban we had was big with many rooms and 2 bathrooms. Comfortable and easy to warm the place. The view is incredible! We had everything we needed there for our short stay. Cosy, warm cabin in a very picturesque location, just on the edge of the national park. Quiet and peaceful. Decent cooking facilities, reasonable internet considering the remote location. Host replied to messages promptly. Friendly horses and dogs around, free parking on site. Would stay again.

The house is in a great location. The view is spectacular, we looked at the Torres del Paine massif from our bed. Also, at the horses running to the pasture, beautiful site. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and Oscar, our host was very hospitable, competent and helpful. My communication with Juan Pablo in Puerto Natales was very good, he was helpful with suggestions and renting a car. Definitely recommend this place, you won’t be disappointed!
