Stuff was friendly and open to communication, ready to help. The manager helped us to book tickets in advance with little discount. She made the perfect route for a two days trip, so we didn’t have to line for hours. Thanks❤️

At the guest house, every unit is equipped with a desk and a TV. This is a perfect place to stay in Fenghuang - the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with super views of the ancient city. Wang and her brother were amazing - very helpful and welcoming. This is an exceptional place to stay and except for having to move on to get flights, I would have stayed longer. Note there are a lot of steps and the accommodation is up an inclined street, but Wang and her brother helped superbly with our luggage. 10/10.

At the guest house, the family-friendly restaurant is open for dinner and lunch and serves Chinese cuisine. The location is very good if you want to visit Zhangjiajie National Park and escape the big queue at the park. The rooms are big. Breakfast is decent for us (from europe), it is a combination between the local food and international food on the breakfast. Also the restaurant has good food at reasonable price. And the people at the receptions are very friendly and help you with a lot of things (tickets , taxi, advices )
