First I have to thank Joye for being super nice and helpful, he was in touch before I arrive and managed to book for me tour and sort everything to make my stay wonderful. The hotel is located in the middle of the old town in a beautiful old Chinese house, I loved my room with the spa bathtub, it was like going back in time to live a Chinese’s dynasty. Joye spoke excellent English and his assistant was nice enough to pick me and my luggage from the South Gate to to the hotel, they were doing everything to make my stay comfortable. Joye also booked for me jade snow mountain tour and recommended amazing restaurants. Thank you for all the help, highly recommend this place :)

The property has mountain and quiet street views, and is a few steps from Erhai Gate. The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. The owner is so nice. They even allowed us to check in earlier and very helpful. The room was clean, tidy and so comfy. We really enjoyed during our stay.

It is perfect if you want to hike the trails and want to do it over 2 days. Zhuoma and her family looked after our family very well. Her son was our driver who was reliable and punctual. They can help with organising trips. We ended up staying extra two days because we loved this special place and Zhuoma’s hospitality.

Lijiang Ancient Town is an 11-minute walk from Mama Naxi Guesthouse. Lijiang Railway Station is an 18-minute drive away. Lijiang Sanyi Airport is 20 km from the property. Review from solo frugal traveler MAY23: I had the double private bedroom with private bathroom. Here are the pro's of this location: You're a block away from the bus terminal depot (If you opt to take the bus to or from Shangri-la/Dali/Remote towns, a short walk to the guest house). Around 10 min walk to the entrance Oldtown and Zhongyi Market (Night Market with yummy food hawkers around 1800). Number 18 bus to and from the Lijiang Railroad Station. After you walk out of the guesthouse's compound, you're on the street with plenty of places to eat with the locals. I ate lunch and breakfast there and got a little bit of the local atmosphere instead of the touristy old town. The room was very clean. There's a second indoor patio deck to hang out after a long day out.

Free Wi-Fi access is provided in the entire property. Guests can use self-laundry and dryer facilities for free. Everything about this property is perfect. The place feels like home, the bed is clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and the bathroom is clean and very modern. The uncle from the Inn will also meet you at the gate of the Old town and help you out with your luggage. But most of all, Mandy (manager) is super duper friendly and will help you out a lot. She managed to book me a last minute tour to the Yulong Snow Mountain. You can also do your laundry for free! Mandy helped me out to transfer my clothes to the dryer as I was exhausted coming from the day tour. She also prepared breakfast for me to take. This is the best Inn I’ve stayed so far. Will definitely come back!!

Featuring inner courtyard views, 大理沙溪云喜七月精品客栈 Shaxi Ancient Town Yunxi Qiyue Guesthouse in Jianchuan features accommodation and a garden. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The homestay has family rooms. I can't find the words to describe how perfect my stay was. The room was immaculate, the bedding extremely comfortable. The toiletries were top of the range. And the breakfasts... absolutely delicious! Located 2 minutes from the center, this hotel is ideal for a relaxing stay in Shaxi. The host, Lynn, was lovely and always helpful to this French tourist who doesn't speak Chinese (me)! She also sells pottery featuring the local cat mascot: Wa Mao. If I wasn't backpacking for six months, I would have loved to buy some, they're so cute. Just go! ☀️

This recently renovated guest house is located 5.1 km from Yu'er Park and 5.2 km from Dali Foreigner Street. The guest house has family rooms. We recently stayed at this delightful B&B, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish! The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was cozy, impeccably clean。The location was also ideal, close enough to explore nearby attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. Strongly recommended!
