Loubnan is such a lovely host and did everything to make us happy. There is a big community area with a kitchen and a fridge. Perfect to stay a few days and explore the beautiful Osa Peninsula.

The Casita del Tigre casita was fully equipped, cozy and private. All newly constructed. Very pleasant grounds, fully fenced, and next to Rio Tigre. Hiking Tropical rainforest in nearby Bolita trails was excellent! Be sure to visit the ‘swimming hole’ on Rio Tigre and advise walking upstream to a lovely waterfall. Wear sandals. I found the little village enjoyable and the people friendly and helpful. Tour to Sirena (Corcovado) via boat out of Puerto Jimenez is a great day, for sure! I stayed for 5 days. Highly recommend staying here with lovely hosts Gwendal and Negar!

The property is well maintained and clean. Josh is an excellent host. When we arrived he prepared dinner (for a reasonable additional fee), which tasted excellent. We stayed in a cottage with garden view. The garden has many, many birds also thanks to specific trees which attract them and the bird food Josh puts in the garden. Josh took the time to explain a lot about the birds. Unfortunately we could only stay for one night, but Josh was so friendly to offer us a shower after we hiked the next day. All in all, this was our best stay in Costa Rica. Highly recommended!

Location for bird watching is excellent. The host family are lovely people that go out of their way to make sure your stay is great. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking your own meals. The host is a guide, and we saw everything thanks to his eagle eyes!

The location was great, right in town and walkable to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. There was air conditioning, potable water, hot water in the shower, safety features, and a beautifully stocked and clean kitchen and bathroom. The host was very welcoming and communicative!

Suzanne has created a very cozy place with a wide common area and different sorts of accommodations. It was fun talking and sharing experiences with her aswell as other visitors. The place has a nice wibe and Blue Morpho butterflies flying in the yard. We went on Matapalo and night tours with Shanny - they were both a great experience.
