The double bed was comfortable and I liked that there were two separate mattresses, so I couldn't feel my husband moving around. The pull out couch was fine for the kids, but adults would find this very uncomfortable, with very hard mattress. The shower was great and appeared to be in part accessible. The room had a coffee maker but no hot water heater for tea, even though there were tea bags (?). The check in and check out process was very easy and the app worked well. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel and the bus goes at regular intervals from the S-bahn. The hotel's location is very far from Hamburg city centre, but in a gorgeous location, right on the beach of the Elbe, lots of green around, the beautiful old town of Blankenese, a ferry connection into town just a few minutes' walk away, and very very quiet. Altogether a splendid stay.

I want to say thanks for the good service. The room was so clean. And staff were very nice. As well, I liked that they give free coffee or tea. Additionally, the bed at the room was automative adjustive. So you can sleep very well. Also, location is near to the city center.
