Since we had some important questions to ask, we contacted the hotel 4-5 times before the arrival. The communication was fast and effective and we were satisfied with the answers. When we came, we found the staff super friendly and assisting every way they could. Mr. Sergi Martorell, the manager, was very efficient in solving the problems that have arisen and answering multiple questions we had regarding our week stay in las Terrenas. He was always at the hotel, speaking with guests, inquiring about their day. The hotel is surrounded by an idyllic lush garden. The cottages (we lived in number 21) are nicely designed with a lot of beautiful pictures inside and on the porch as well as colourful furniture. The kitchen has all amenities necessary for making meals and coffee. Both bedrooms have bathrooms. The house was very clean when we arrived. The location is fabulous, a 3 minute walk to the closest sandy beach from which you can stroll long distances both directions. In many cases we were the only ones to swim in the sea in a particular spot. The cafes and restaurants can be found as close as a 5-10 minute walk. When we return to las Terrenas, we will be happy to stay at the same hotel again.

Our stay at this villa just outside Las Terrenas was truly special. The house sits high on a mountain overlooking the town and the sea, a peaceful spot, yet only a short drive from the center. The hosts welcomed us with genuine warmth and were ready to help with anything we needed, from local tips to directions. Their friendliness really made us feel at home. The view is absolutely breathtaking the photos don’t do it justice. Whether during the day with the ocean in the distance or at night with the city lights below, it’s spectacular. The villa has plenty of space to relax. The rooms are simple but have everything you need: a comfortable bed, hot shower, and airconditioning. At night you’ll hear the full soundtrack of the tropics frogs, crickets, and other wildlife which adds to the experience. The hosts live on the property and have a few friendly animals, which gives it a genuine BnB atmosphere rather than a standard rental feel. Breakfast was one of the highlights: fresh fruit, pancakes, homemade bread, juice, coffee or tea, and eggs cooked to your liking by the host. A perfect way to start the day while enjoying the view. Overall, this was a peaceful and memorable stay, ideal for travelers who want to unwind, enjoy nature, and still be close enough to explore Las Terrenas. Highly recommended!

An amazing place to stay in. Staff/ owner is super friendly and an amazing host. We could not request a better way to be received. A "must go" for sure and amazing stay in option. Will come back without thinking whenever opportunities arise. Hopefully we were as good guests as they were as hosts.

We had a wonderful experience in Las Galeras, and a big part of it was thanks to Dario, an exceptional host who made our stay truly special. From the very first moment, he welcomed us warmly and ensured that we had everything we needed to feel at home. The accommodation he provided was simply perfect: spacious, clean, comfortable, and set in a breathtaking natural environment. The area is peaceful and far from mass tourism, making it not only beautiful but also incredibly pleasant. It was the ideal retreat to relax after spending our days exploring the stunning beaches nearby. Dario didn’t just offer us the best possible conditions for our stay—he constantly made sure we had great recommendations on how to make the most of our time in Las Galeras. Thanks to his guidance, we discovered hidden gems and explored some of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic. The excursions he suggested were spectacular, taking us to breathtaking locations we would have never found on our own. His kindness, availability, and passion for the place made our experience even more authentic and unforgettable. It’s rare to find a host so attentive and caring! Close to the beach and local shops, very nice staff, I happened to be there during national blackout and they were very helpful about it, communicating and giving advices. Would definitely come back!
