We look back fondly on a very special time at Kemet House. We stayed for four nights in a wonderful place with an incredibly friendly host and a warm, welcoming team. The atmosphere was calm and serene, and the food was absolutely fantastic. Our room was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the lovely patio, which was perfect for relaxing. There were also plenty of options for activities, making it easy to explore the area at our own pace. We loved being on this side of the river, away from the more touristy areas. Everything was perfect.

On the last night, I accidentally left my jacket on the chair, and the host went above and beyond by sending it to us via GoBus Express while we were heading to Hurghada. He really did more than he had to. The price of $20+ per night is very reasonable and definitely worth it. It’s a great deal—no complaints at all.

They created a personalised itinerary for us to see all the big hits in Luxor. Ali went out of his way to plan our travel to Aswan as well organising airport transportation. The prices were also very fair. The food for breakfast and dinner were amazing and all the produce was organically sourced. We will definitely miss our breakfasts with a view and our hosts the most! Thank you again for your warm hospitality and we recommend this place to anyone travelling in Luxor.

We arrived ahead of the check in time and though the owner welcomed us with a very good breakfast. The staff is super friendly and helpful as if we are hosted at their home. The food was amazing and super tasty. The place is so nicely decorated with unique items and super clean. Special thanks to Omar and Jemil.

Abeer and Austin was the nicest people i have meet in the Egypt. They made me feel like I have a family in Luxor. They helped me with everything I need .The hostel was clean, easy to find and really comfortable. I spend a lot of time in the rooftop. The weather in Luxor was hot, but rooftop was really cool and the drinks and the food was amazing and the prices were really good. I’m planning to come again to Luxor and stay at the same place also I highly recommend everyone the Abeer guest house.

I stayed at CASA LOKO for two nights, but I honestly wish I could have stayed much longer! We had a great experience, the room was excellent, the pool was very nice, and the highlight was definitely the amazing terrace where we watched a beautiful sunset. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. They even came to pick us up when we were in a difficult situation, and they always did their best to help us with anything we needed. If I ever come back to Luxor, I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 10/10

At the guest house, the units come with bed linen and towels. Great location in a quiet area of the West Bank, but 5 min away from the ferry/private boat dockings, cafes, and restaurants. The room was really clean and comfortable, as well as the swimming pool, where to dip after hot days. Ibrahim and the rest of the staff were super friendly and attentive. I arrived really late in the night, and he organised a very smooth pick up at the airport. Recommended ++

Watching hot balloons flying above us while enjoying breakfast was so pleasant. Even though it is located in a village and requires 10 minutes walk, it didn't matter at all. We love waking along the countryside road and it's very safe even at night.
