The rooms were perfectly cozy and comfortable, the staff incredibly welcoming, and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Highly recommended!

The Westbourne is a beautiful guest house set in the peaceful area below Biskey Howe in the Lake District. Bedrooms feature walk-in-shower rooms, luxurious toiletries and large fluffy towels. Room is comfortable for family stay. Only few minutes walk to grocery stores and the pier. With only 5-minutes walk up the hill, there is a great view of lake Windermere.

Can’t say enough about the charm and luxury of this property! What a stunning inn and the staff was so attentive and knowledgeable. The food was amazing- both breakfast and dinner- and we will hope to stop by again some day. Sam was especially kind and helpful and the rooms were equipped with deep bath tubs and tea and biscuits. Our favorite place we’ve stayed in the UK.

Jerichos is a contemporary family-run guest house with stylish decor situated on a quiet side street in the heart of Windermere village. There is free Wi-Fi and free ample private parking. Lovely and central, very clean and very friendly, breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and the hosts were very friendly could not find a fault at all would definitely stay there again.

Just 1 mile from Lake Windermere this beautiful Victorian house is set in a peaceful location between Windermere and Bowness. Th breakfast is great, the staff is lovely and the room just wonderful. I like hotels paying attention to small details.
