It is situated 27 km from St Andrews Bay and provides luggage storage space. The guest house features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. My mom and I stayed there for a couple of nights, and our stay was exceptional. We got to meet the owner, who is super nice, always making sure we have everything we need (cleaning of our room, toiletries, towels). Our room was nice, we were able to self check in as we were coming a little later in the evening. The location was perfect, as there was free parking right across the street, grocery store, gas station, Starbucks (for me it's a must haha) very close by. I highly recommend this place, our stay here was amazing. If we ever (hopefully soon) travel back to Scotland, we'll definitely stay there again!

Nice large cottage with individual rooms. Private bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Additionally, there is a pleasant common reading room at the back of the cottage. Whilst on a busy road, we did not hear any noise from our room towards the rear of the cottage. There is a very nice pub 4 minutes up the road which does a variety of pub food. The facilities matched the price.

John is wonderful, everything, literally everything is oriented towards making the guest feel welcomed. Very clean, AMAZING garden, really in touch with nature (2 pet mini chickens that I loved, Hasel and Cranberrly - don't know if I spelled it correctly, squirrels, birds, lovely flowers), and still super close to the centre, to everything that You need. Great addition is the coffee and tea machine, the spotless bathroom (practical also for people with back problems like me). The room was reserved without breakfast, but the additional stuff that You can drink/eat in the morning without any supplementary cost is literally all you need in the morning.
