The breakfast option was awesome. The views from my room were amazingly beautiful. Everything was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff are really helpful at all times. It was just an awesome experience.

Breakfast was excellent!!!, many choices and good different options. great service. I would go back if I need an hotel in same area. I will recommend this hotel to y friends and family.

The owner (Ric) was very kind and helpful. Beautiful house, lovely rooms, very clean, felt safe, and instructions were very easy to follow. Mimi (the cat) is very gentle and sweet. She only has access to the kitchen and outside, unless you let her in to the rest of the house. Naturally, we loved her so we let her roam freely through the house (when there were no other guests around) and she even spent one of the nights with us! Honestly such a great stay and would so easily recommend and go back. For breakfast, you're a 3 minute walk from Proof Social Bakehouse (pricey but AMAZING pastries, check opening times on google maps), and 5 minutes to the bus stop to go to Abingdon or Oxford (about 15mins to get to either). It's a one bedroom with a small dinning room and kitchen. It's convenient to cook meals with stoves. It is on the first floor, friendly to big luggage. It's all your own place when close the door. Don't need to share bathroom. Erlinda is very nice, helps lot. It is about 20min to drive here from town center.

Really nice setting, very rural, very clean and had everything we needed. It was comparable to the cost of a premiere inn or Travelodge but in our opinions so much better quality in terms of facilities and comfort.
