Located in Batumi, 600 metres from Batumi Beach, Palm Guesthouse provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a terrace. I stayed at this hostel and really enjoyed it. The kitchen is small but fully stocked — you can easily cook anything, from pasta to something fancy if you’re feeling ambitious. The staff were fantastic: friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. There are two bathrooms, which was totally enough — no morning lines or hallway crowding. Free laundry was a huge bonus, especially when your clothes start smelling like “adventure.” There’s also a cozy common room — a great place to eat, work, or just chill. The location is right in the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance — shops, cafes, and attractions. Important for drivers: I came by car, and access to the courtyard is through a barrier gate. Be sure to let them know in advance that you’re driving so they can open it for you. I didn’t, and had to improvise a bit 😄 P.S. The administrator is a legend — super chill, always smiling, and really helpful. And major respect to the owner — it’s awesome to have a place like this in Batumi, with good vibes and great people. Thanks for the warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Facing the seafront, KENT hotel & Restaurant KENT beach is a guest house featuring a 4-star accommodation in Kobuleti. It has a private beach area, infinity pool and private parking. We stayed there for more than two weeks, and we enjoyed it a lot! The hotel is located at the very end of Kobuleti, has its own beach which is not too crowded. The beach has free chaise longues with sun umbrellas, and there was always enough for the guests, at least when we were there. Our room was bigger than other hotels we've been to and had a hot tub in the balcony. There was everything we needed for our stay, including a drying rack for clothes, a teapot, good WiFi, towels for the beach that were changed daily. What was also nice is that they only went into our rooms for cleaning if we asked them to - no one was coming in if we haven't specifically left the keys at the reception for someone to clean there. Overall, great experience! Also kudos to Marekhi from the reception for helping out at the start with directions to places we wanted to visit.

Set in Batumi, GUEST HOUSE OCEAN FORCE offers beachfront accommodation 4.6 km from Ali and Nino Monument and provides various facilities, such as a garden and a bar. One of the best, rooms bit small but super clean, bed mattress very comfortable, water pressure and temp is super, the hosts Saso and Shushana are very nice and freindly 🌹. and special thanks to their son (Rudi) he speaks english very well and helped us with every thing during our stay. A good resturant (Riviera) is 7 min walking and they serve very delicious food. near by beach (~15 min's) walking. Downtown/ boulevard is (~35 mins) walking. Over all this guest house is totally recomended 👍.

Offering a garden and garden view, Eco House is situated in Kobuleti, 300 metres from Kobuleti Beach and 2.5 km from Kobuleti Train Station. Clean room with the best bed we have ever been in :). Owner is very nice, helpful, we had a great breakfast and it's close to the beach.

The dinner was amazing, great services, taste & atmosphere. Parking available on spot. Nice breakfast as well prepared by the host.

Nina two is a beachfront property set in Kobuleti, 1.5 km from Kobuleti Train Station and 6.7 km from Petra Fortress. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 400 metres from Kobuleti Beach.... The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful. The property is very clean and in a great location. It's a great place to stay for both singles and families.

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of garden, NaNa's Guesthouse is situated in Batumi, 1.5 km from Batumi Beach. This is the best place I have stayed in my Georgia trip. Room was very spacious and well lit with a cute sitout area. It's located very close to the center and big supermarket is at its doorsteps.. kitchen is also fully equipped. Host were super friendly and welcoming. If I visit Batumi again, I will definitely stay here and recommend others as well.
