We stayed for one night at this lovely family-run pension during our Peloponnese road trip – and we honestly wished we could have stayed longer! The location is just perfect: some rooms have a direct view of the sea and within two minutes you can walk down to the beach. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The equipment is excellent yet authentic – balcony, fridge, clothes rack and Wi-Fi, everything you need. The atmosphere is calm and idyllic, ideal for relaxing and letting your mind unwind. The host family was incredibly warm and welcoming. On a hot day the kind owner even brought us ice-cold water and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. In the morning we enjoyed a lovingly prepared, traditional Greek breakfast. All in all, a truly wonderful stay that we would recommend to anyone. We will definitely come back!

The room is exactly like the pictures. The balcony had an amazing view to the sea and the sunset. The apartment we booked was very spacious with two air-conditioners and two TVs, a kitchen and 2 balconies. The owner was a lovely lady who gave us great suggestions for the area and had nice conversation. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time staying in the historic fortified settlement in the centre of Areopoli. The location was fantastic - so close to the museum, shops and restaurants. We stayed in a separate private apartment within the courtyard of the family home. We felt extremely privileged to have the opportunity to stay with Nickolas and Stavroula and have an authentic experience of Greek family life. The terrace where we had our breakfast and drinks in the evening was private with wonderful views of the coast and traditional Maniot towers. Nickolas and Stavroula were very hospitable and helpful.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean, with everything prepared with care. The service was truly top-notch. But what really stood out was Mrs. Aggeliki herself — warm, genuinely kind, and remarkably humble. Highly recommended!

The people running the place are really kind, helpful, and friendly! The room has a balcony which overlooks both the sea and the mountains. The beds are comfortable, the shower/toilet is spacious. Excellent, and would recommend it to anyone, and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful owners and wonderful fortified castle! Great rooms! The breakfast was definitely one of the best in whole Greece and all services very personalized. The views were astonishing.
