With mountain views, this accommodation provides a terrace and a swimming pool. This 4-star guest house offers private entrance. Nicos is a fantastic host! He greeted us upon arrival, showed us around the suites, and explained everything in detail. Throughout our three-day stay, he was always available via WhatsApp and the booking messenger. Although we didn't purchase breakfast (they offer two types), we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary breakfast on our first morning. Nicos provided us with a comprehensive list of nearby beaches, cafes, restaurants, and beautiful places to visit. The suite was wonderful, featuring two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. We especially loved the balcony overlooking the pool (which is perfect for children). We enjoyed relaxing there with a cup of tea every evening.

At the guest house, some units are soundproof. To begin, our host Antonis went above and beyond to answer our questions and assure us a great stay. He even took time to drive in front of us to guide us to a place of interest that was difficult to find. The Pelagia apartments are absolutely beautiful! Further, they are in a perfect location with a beautiful view, within walking distance of Koroni but enough outside of town to make it much easier to access. What a great place to enjoy the morning, evening, and everything in between!

The property is non-smoking and is set 40 km from Municipal Railway Park of Kalamata. This place is exceptional, quiet and picturesque. We were very pleased to pull up to it and see it was every bit as nice as the pictures. Jim, the owner, is delightful and is happy to pass on his wealth of local knowledge. Jim is in the main house next door but makes every effort to be just about invisible, never heard him and when we did see him it was always us instigating any longer interactions as Jim clearly likes to respect the sanctity of other people's holiday. The villa really has everything you need there and we would stock up and not leave for a few days at a time. The pool is lovely and kept clean, it's about 5ft deep which is ideal. Sun loungers, parasol and table & chairs poolside are all of a nicer quality. Jim was clear that we should arrange the patio/pool area however we like as it's our area, only time he was ever round that side was for patio cleaning/pool maintenance and the only time we ever crossed paths he shouted around first to ensure he wasn't accidentally invading anyone privacy. Panorama restaurant which is just down the road was great and frequented mainly by locals which was nice to not feel like a tourist trap. We will definitely be looking to return!
