The property is non-smoking and is set 200 metres from Skopelos Port. Everything about our stay here was perfect. The host family were lovely and spoke good english, they were very attentive and reacted quickly to our wishes. View from the balcony was incredible and the location was perfect, near port, bus station and beaches.

The host Aleksandra was very very kind, upon arrival she gave us excellent homemade honey and jam, she kindly gave us answers to our questions about good restaurants, beaches and locations that are worth seeing. The accommodation has a private beach with shade, beach chairs and kayaks, surfboards of which we could use for free. The accommodation is in a quiet location, but nevertheless very close to the most beautiful beaches on the island.

Fitted with a terrace, the units offer air conditioning and feature a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower and a hair dryer. A fridge and kettle are also available. At the guest house, each unit includes bed linen and towels. This is located right next to the port, which was very good as we needed to catch a ferry the next morning. The man who checked us in was extremely attentive to our needs and very friendly. We really appreciated his help. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. There were a couple of restaurants on the street next door, and one little supermarket. One interesting challenge is that an Orthodox Church is right next door and the bells started going off from 7:00 to 9:30 as they did a liturgy. It was a bit challenging to sleep in during that.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we received a lot of good advice on food, attractions and activities around the island. The hosts were very communicative and made us feel like home. We enjoyed this location very much as it also had a common space dedicated to groups in the yard behind the house where we could sit and play board games. Room cleaning was done daily and A/C was very efficient.

Just a 5 min walk from the sea, along a flat dirt path under the trees. Perfectly quite, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers. No passing-by traffic, no noise at night, pleasantly cool, we did not even use the aircondition available. The Panormos beach is quite advantageous, you can swim in crystal-clear waters even when north winds blow, as it is protected by the hills around it. Plenty of excellent choices for food and drinks there, too, you don't really have to drive in order to get to a nice restaurant. All-in-all, Skopelos-Panormos-Spiros Rooms is a perfect coice for vacation. We stayed for 2 full weeks and regretted having to go ...

This accommodation is a prime example why I like to book small apartment from locals instead of going to a huge many star hotel. Filippa (the host) is absolutely kind and welcoming. We got a small welcome treat and cold water when we arrived and a little goodbye gift when we left. We got recommendations and answers to all our questions regarding the island. The location is perfect, shops and restaurants are close by, but it is still quiet with an excellent view (especially at night). The room was clean and the beds were really comfy.
