Easy to find, staff very helpful when I had a question. Would definitely recommend this property.

Safe area, not too busy but walking distance to Old Town.. 10 min walking distance to a Trstenik Beach, which expands onto the newly made super fancy and fun Split boardwalk. Adjacent coffee shop w complimentary welcome drink Hvala 🤗 Welcoming entrance, awesome private sundeck and pool, cool rooftop deck and Jacuzzi with plenty space to lounge w ocean view. Rooms were nice, AC was already on and it was much appreciated since it was close to 40°C that day. Very modern with everything that we needed, super comfy soft bed. And most importantly super welcoming and accommodating.owner and staff. We got locked out and he was there in a minute, I had a question about the ferry and the front desk staff was super helpful and placed a call on my behalf. We already checked out but my boys wanted to watch a soccer game so the owner asked the coffee staff to set it up for us to watch. As a rental owner myself, I really do appreciate the attentiveness. It goes a long way and makes a stay so much more enjoyable. Puno vam hvala na gostoprimstvu. Uskoro ću se vratiti.

The host provided clear and short guidance regarding the stay, including smooth check-in and check-out procedures. The facilities were very clean and appeared new, contributing to a comfortable and pleasant experience.

I had the most incredible stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and short taxi to the airport. The apartment itself had all the essentials and was spotless and comfortable. But what truly made my experience unforgettable was the kindness of the hosts. When my flights were cancelled, they were so accommodating and flexible, taking all the stress out of the situation. And when I unexpectedly got sick during my stay, they went above and beyond, bringing me fluids, checking in on me, and even making me noodles. I’ve never experienced that level of care while travelling. I came for the convenience and location, but left feeling like I was cared for like family. I can’t recommend this place enough, if you’re looking for not just a great apartment, but truly wonderful people, this is the place to stay.

Fantastic location and beautiful property. We were warmly welcomed and the staff were exceptionally helpful . Or room with a balcony was lovely . Breakfast was a highlight amd relaxing sitting by the pool .

Antique Spalato Luxury Rooms se nachází ve čtvrti Split City Centre ve Splitu a nabízí pokoje se 4 hvězdičkami s bezplatným Wi-Fi. First and most important the fact that it’s a new and well renovated, beautifully designed accomodation with a cozy and full of character little garden, with beautiful plants that are very well maintained. The room is good size (no.2), the bed is comfortable, the sheets, pillows and cosmetics are of very good quality, the shower is very nice, the towels were a bit rough but ok, under the sink you have vanity kit with everything you might need in a vacation. The windows face the narrow street so the wooden blinds have to stay closed for privacy, but we didn’t mind that. Also good coffee and tea which became very useful as we got a strange flu the last two days of our stay. The attention to details of the host Ivana is impressive, I appreciate the way she answered all our questions, the fact that she understood we were not early risers & the cleaning of the room, the way she helped us shocked not to find our car because it was lifted at 8a.m from the parking nearby with payed parking ticket in the window, just because we were tourists and they can abuse you how they like. The next day 8th july there was a horrendous storm in Split and our car got hit by big hail so Ivana told us to go check it. I love the way she cares and treats you as a guest, not just selling you a room and waiting for you to get out of it! It’s the first time someone has a 10 with congrats from me and applause for being a nice human! It’s a rare trait these days so if we have the courage to come back to beautiful Split we’ll definitely stay here again. 🙂
