Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, smooth communication and transit from the airport. The room was small but cosy with a small terrace. The premises was very clean and well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellently located guest house with very friendly staff. AC was available in the room and check-in was simple and fast. Very affordable and located a short walk from the port. Breakfast was included in the room rate, no choice but we were served an omelette with toast and jam which was tasty. The staff/owner was very friendly and accommodating. A perfect stay before your trip to the Gili islands

La struttura è nuova, molto curata con un livello di pulizia eccellente. Ampia camera e ampio bagno. Piscina piccolina ma strategica. La proprietaria e il suo staff sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Siamo molto soddisfatti e lo consigliamo sicuramente. Il quartiere ha localini e risstoranti ma in una zono decisamente tranquilla. Buona la colazione e anche mangiare a pranzo o cena. Insomma non gli manca niente! :)

If you are looking for a stay in Sanur and this place is available, do not hesitate to book it, as it's really popular, and that with good reason. The owners were easy to communicate with online from the moment we booked it, also helping us to arrange a pickup from Denpasar. We were met with the greatest hospitality upon arrival (and throughout our stay). This is a small family owned business, and the people behind it are wonderful and very lovely.. They are easy to chat with, very warm and helpful if you have any questions or just for some chitchat. The place itself consists of six rooms, a lush green poolarea (it's maybe three steps from your terrace) with a couple of sunloungers. This makes it an intimate experience where you can be on firstname basis with the owners. The rooms are comfortable, with a spacious shower, and they have been redecorated since the pictures on booking were taken. The placement is great. You have both the main street and the beach with all the facilities just a short walk away. It's situated on a calm sidestreet, with several good warungs nearby. You get a breakfastmenu where the next day it's delivered to you on the doorstep. You can also order a selection of soft juices etc from them. There is also the option to order lunch/dinner and from a set menu, cheap and tasty! We also used their laundryservice, very convenient. Book this place for the great location, the nice amenities, but first and foremost for the lovely family that runs it, you will struggle to find more genuine people.

La casa è bellissima e curata nel dettaglio. La colazione era buona e più che sufficiente; frutta fresca, yogurt, cereali, pane, marmellate, miele, uova, brioches fresche. E' situata in una strada dove mancano i marciapiedi e questo rende poco confortevole camminare, soprattutto se si hanno bambini. Il tratto di strada da percorrere, però, è breve. Lo staff è gentile e disponibile e nella proprietà si gode di calma e tranquillità. C'è una piccola e deliziosa piscina per rinfrescarsi.

This property exceeded our expectations. Location was what we wanted - easy walking distance to beach and access to a variety of shops and supermarkets. Room was very clean and large. Although the view was facing the fence, there was a lot of greenery and it didn't bother us at all. It was very quiet (it seems everybody was aware that the doors easily slammed). Breakfast was fine and so was the food we ordered for lunch/dinner. Excellent value for money. Would stay here again
