In a nice part of Tel Aviv, clean and quiet thanks to the house rules and staff. The host does things "by the book" and required that I send him a picture of my tourist visa for tax purposes (or else pay the tax). He was patient with me as I tried and failed to text it to him; was eventually successful in sending it via e-mail. When I made my second booking here, extending my stay, he graciously upgraded my room to a larger one at no charge. There are places to eat nearby.

Joseph the owner is right nearby for any question big or small, so kind and accommodating. The studio is beautifully appointed with kitchenette, lovely balcony. Mine looked out onto foliage and quiet street. It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful the apartment is given its proximity to Rothschild (a stone’s throw). Groceries, cafes, restaurants all nearby. Walkable to Neve Tzedek, Nahalat Binyamin, Beach, Carmel market. (And for you Americans out there… I’ve never had such amazing hot water pressure anywhere in Israel ;)). You simply cannot go wrong at Rothschild Studios. Thank you for a beautiful stay. ❤️

A neat little villa with a pool, a good location, great option for a short business trip with a one-night stay. I mistakenly booked the date the day before my arrival, but the host Arik was the absolute champion and gave me a room on the day I actually needed it. Thanks again!

We were looking for cheaper accommodation close to the city center and this accommodation fully met our expectations. It was comfortable, clean, with a nice terrace on the roof and I have to highlight the very helpful owner.

Private rooms near the beach center se nachází v centru Tel Avivu, 500 metrů od náměstí Dizengoff a 600 metrů od nákupního centra Dizengoff Center. Na nábřeží dojdete za 5 minut. Very good location: just near the beach, and also, main Tel Aviv attractions can be reached by foot within 30 minutes. Also, there are plenty of buses. The room and private toilet and shower were clean convenient and comfortable.
