Firstly , I like the behavior of the owner (Mrs. S. Gupta). I have booked for two rooms for my family trip to Bodhgaya which I found to be clean and affordable as homestay. The location is the main advantage of this homestay which is 5 mins walking distance from Mahabodhi Temple. Also I loved their washroom and balcony of the building. This is ideal place for those people who love peaceful environment.

We had an amazing stay here, the staff was very friendly and the project that they are supporting with over 700 students to change their local community is inspiring. We left inspired by the children who have been given an opportunity due to the amazing work of the staff here. It was very nice to see and speak with the children during our stay. Two big thumbs up. Additionally, the took great care of us to help organize tours, help us send a package with the India Post, and organize other sightseeing during our stay. We will stay there again and I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a local authentic experience with people making a true change in their community.

It is the perfect stay for your visit to Bodh Gaya. It is conveniently located near the Mahabodhi temple (short walking distance) and easy to find transportation to other city attractions both in Bodh Gaya/Gaya. Very close to Mahabodhi temple, the most kind and helpful staff, simple and very clean accommodation. It’s on one side of the Mahabodhi temple and there’s a direct path behind the temple without the craziness of the Main Street. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the temple/Local Market/Restaurant/Post office . Plenty of places to eat around and you can get tuktuks right outside the hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They even helped me book a reliable taxi back to the airport/Market. They always made sure I was comfortable and were willing to help with anything. Highly recommended!!!

It has everything you need for a good stay in Bodhgaya. Very clean, bed and sheets very comfortable. Great location. Walking distance from Bodhi temple and complex. Mister Chachaji (I think that's how you write it) let me do early check-in and late check-out with no extra charges. I definitely recommend this place. As a female solo traveler, I felt safe and well taken care of.

Special thanks to Sumit, very helpful and friendly host. Perfect location- close to the main temple but not in crowded area. The cleannest place which I faced in India for more than 1 month!

Laste mänguväljaku ja aiavaatega Senamura Yoga Ashram Guesthouse asub Bihari piirkonnas Bodh Gayas, 1,8 km kaugusel Mahabodhi templist. If you want to experience the local culture while supporting a good cause, this is the place to do so! We felt very welcome in the family and as we visited during the festival we got taken along to all the ceremonies the festival entails. This was a truly unique experience which we are very happy to have been a part of. Furthermore the guesthouse is next to the school it supports so you can easily pay a visit there too. The place is just outside of town, so this gives some peace from the busy city. But it can be reached easily by tuktuk (although you might need to help a bit with the navigation) from the temple area of bodh gaya. The guesthouse serves a simple but delicious breakfast and dinner as well as an assortment of hot drinks. Beds are basic but comfortable, so is the shower with reliable hot water. The guesthouse can also arrange other touristic excursions or transportation with a good driver and comfortable car. They are however not the cheapest option in this category.

I got a chance to stay at the bodhgaya guest house. It was a really nice experience due to nice supporting staff, great location, clean and big room with all ammonites. I recommend if you are planning to visit Bodhgaya you should try to stay here and enjoy the greenery as well as the great accommodation.
