This place was great and definitely the cheapest one we had during our 12-day trip in Iceland. It was clean , spacious ,nicely decorated with a view to the lake. Location was very convenient near the golden circle sightseeing. The owners gave us a full bar of Icelandic chocolate as a welcoming gift. Very generous of them. We really hope you keep the price low and the rooms clean and neat in the future!

This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. We had a great stay at the guesthouse on top of the hill. The location is great next to the cross roads of Golden Circle and the road to south coast. The facilities were in really great shape and the rooms were comfy and clean.

I’d recommend this stay for everyone but especially for groups or families since it is a whole house. The kitchen’s equipment was excellent and the bed was really comfortable. It was better than I thought it would be! Definitely will come back for this one!

We love the design of this accommodation, so cute and this place is quiet, so you don’t get a lot of travellers. The kitchen has everything you need, including cooking oil and salt etc. The thermal pool is a plus point.

Best guesthouse in Iceland! The whole house was so clean as well as the kitchen and bathrooms. There were enough bathrooms for all the guests and lots of pretty resting areas. It was so great I’d like to visit again The dog that came with the owner in the morning was a cutie!

These modern, self-catering apartments are located in the village of Hveragerdi, 45 km from Reykjavík. Each offers free Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and access to a shared, furnished garden terrace.... The room is clean and comfortable. Highlight of the stay is definitely the hot tub. Although it is shared with others, there are only 2 other rooms, which means there are mostly no people walking around when you are relaxing and it is almost private.
