The staff provided the luggage storage and texted us as soon as the room was ready, which we appreciated very much. If we find the time to visit Matera again, we'll definitely book this place again.

The Lady at the Reception was very nice and helpful and gave good information for visiting Matera. Breakfast on the terrace was great. Matera is special, magical. It was a unique experience.
