Parking is included and big spaces available within the premises. If you have expensive bicycles have the option to bring them in the flat, as we have done or there is a secure storage place to store them overnight. The lovely couple, the hosts, are part of package and they will make everything for you to make you feel welcome. A dream location, do not hesitate to book.

Great location, two minutes from the beach and the city center Clean, comfortable, provided with anything you need and the shower is BEAUTIFUL! The owner is very kind and available for any questions.

Sabrina was so kind and helpful and even helped us get to the train station on our way home. The room was very clean, bright, quiet and spacious for the two of us. The bed was comfortable too. The location is excellent just 2 minute walk from the port and only a 20 minute walk to a public beach. There was also Bar Centrale next door which was great for breakfast. We can’t fault the property at all and we’d love to stay here if we came back to Porto Ercole again. Grazie Mille Sabrina 😊😊
