The flat has brand new furniture, everything is perfectly clean. Beautiful nature, sea and place just right for relaxing.

Ontbijt lag al klaar op de dag van aankomst. Alles verpakt……4 toast en jam. We moesten zelf een ontbijtje maken met die middelen. Airco deed het slecht, werd wel wat aan gedaan maar hielp weinig.

It was perhaps one of the most comfortable and wonderful places to stay during our entire 18 days in Italy. Francesco and Gloria were extraordinary hosts and they made us feel very welcome. They assisted us with dinner reservations each day of our stay. We loved the environment of the facility, the views, the gardens around the house, and the delightful pool. Even though we had some difficulty using the booking.com application to find the house, Francesco greeted us and led us to it.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, warm and helpful. They tried to accommodate all our requirements, eg. They were creative with the breakfast options. We expected B&B but the service provided was almost at a hotel level. The views from the pool area were amazing. The bathroom was huge and stylish. We had a piece of the garden just for ourselves which is especially useful with a dog. It is also close to the beach - 10 mins walk if you don’t mind going on the road for a bit. Close to Portoferraio too. Also the parking is safe and comfortable.
