Real Rooms is situated in La Spezia, a 5-minute walk from La Spezia Centrale Train Station and 1.2 km from the ferry port, both offering links to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. The room was just perfect and super clean really close to the train station for easy access to the cinque terre and the city's main streets.

The room is large enough (separate room with twin beds) for 4 adults and a really good bathroom and shower. Everything you need is here including English tea! Air conditioning is excellent with loads of easy to use settings. Host is excellent - good communication. Very very clean. Comfortable. 2 mins walk from the station and in the best part of town for food and drinks. Breakfast place next door is incredible - don’t miss it out! Would 100% stay here again. Thank you.

It’s so convenient and best of all - no stairs that we need to manoeuvre with our heavy luggages from train to apt. The place is ~8 min walk from train station and a short distance away from old town and hiking trail. A stone throw away from the beach. Safe for lady to walk even in the night. The apt is clean. Comes with towels, toiletries and coffee as described. Owner is very responsive and gave clear instruction on how to get to apt. Highly recommend!
