Extras include free toiletries and a hairdryer. Free WiFi is accessible on site. Strategic location with duomo view, my room was upgraded. the room is big and clean with living hall. The staff were friendly and helpful. You need to take 1 1/2 half stairs to reach elevator, no problem for me as the staff help me to carry my luggage. It’s easy to walk around as the famous landmark within walking distance. Definitely will recommend this place.

It was clean, had all the facilites that we needed, the room is just like in the pictures. The room was always clean, and we even got fresh towels daily. There was crackers and wine in the room that we drank. There was no contact with the staff or the employees and we could check in at very very late because we didn't needed to meet. It was very nice that its a flexible place

Room we booked in 30 min or sth like that and it was ready on time. I recommand this location. Only problem is a parking Your car. This object does not have parking places! You have to try find them outside the street. The white areas are free (check hours) rest blue- You have to pay. Everything oki except parking like always in big cities🤷🏻‍♂️Rest oki with it. Bathroom oki, kitchen oki. Everything new and clean! I recommand
