The price of the hotel was very affordable and could walk to train station if having no luggage. Atsu was very accommodating to our trip plan change. He was thoughtful to drop us to the Shinano-Matsukawa station that the waiting area was warmer & was in town. Guest rooms were on the 2nd floor of a Curry Restaurant. Atsu helped carrying the suitcase up to the room & brought us furniture that we needed. He was also the chef of the restaurant. The food was yummy. We highly recommended this

The common area was also very tidy and nice; I had a fun evening with a Japanese family who was spending the night there. The host is amazing and very caring - he used a little device to communicate with me in my native language, and at some point he even offered to drive me to a sento (which would have been a 30min walk). 5 stars!

We came by car; free parking available. Quiet location, large supermarket nearby. Matsumoto is a great travellers' hub for day trips nearby.

It is set 41 km from Suzaka City Zoo and offers luggage storage space. The guest house features family rooms. The staff are excellent. Very friendly and incredibly helpful. Location is only a 10 minute walk from the Nagasaki ski lift so rather good. Also only about two minutes until you reach the main shopping street.

14 km from Ryuoo Ski Park, Guest House Hostel yukuru is a recently renovated property situated in Iiyama and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and private parking. The property has mountain and garden views, and is 21 km from Jigokudani Monkey Park. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The property was in a nice location close enough to Iiyama Station. The hosts were some of the nicest people we have met and drove us to and from the station (6:30am!!). One of the comfiest places we have stayed and hope we can go back soon.

After a day of skiing there’s no better way to relax than in the warm baths waiting for you at the guesthouse. Also, do not forget to try Chikako’s hotpot: 10 out of 10! Property was super well maintained and super clean, everything we can ask for, and most importantly super close to the gondola!
