Close to the river and the Saturday market. The bedroom was nice and cold with the aircon. The self check in and check out was really convenient. Would stay again!

Being right on the Mekong it was quiet with fresh air, no traffic. Lovely to stroll along the extensive promenade along the river. Good restaurant, great location, my own porch with chairs and a table at room entrance, and it is in a garden setting. bed had mosquito net (rare these days).

Our host Nick went out of his way to look after us. We were heading for Laos and he gave us a ride to the border crossing (we gave him a small fee) and let us leave our car at his house until we returned. Also gave us a free breakfast which we weren't expecting. This room is a building within his own property so it is very quiet, secure and private.
