The service and food were excellent. An enjoyable 15 minute bicycle (they are free) ride to Elements Resort on the beach. The owner Anushka is a wealth of knowledge and was able to organize dolphin watching and onward travel for a reasonable price.

Jevani, the manager, was exceptionally attentive and ensured everything ran smoothly, organising activities and making each day feel special. The village itself is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect place to slow down and relax. We highly recommend Ruuk Village to anyone looking for an authentic and tranquil stay in Sri Lanka.
