The pool was clean and at any time accessible, the rooms were tidy, clean, and very spacious. Large balcony, private and quiet. The location was great too. I spent there 2 nights and it was very relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too. Definitely recommend this place. Great value for the money!

Guests can eat in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which is open for dinner, lunch, brunch and high tea. the owners were wonderful. great food, excellent recommendations for sightseeing (they provided even a bicycle to go there), wake-up-service at 4.15am for the safari, free „taxi“-service to their neighbour to see deer and to the bus station. and the owners love animals, help you spot birds or crocodiles by the river. just excellent!

Featuring a garden and views of garden, Mailagama Cinnamon Residence is a recently renovated guest house set in Kataragama, 21 km from Situlpawwa. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The property was well maintained and managed well from all aspects. The staff was very helpful especially mr. Inbarajah. They also helped us cook our own vegetarian food at a separate place near dining area.

Both a bicycle rental service and a car rental service are available at the guest house. We stayed for two nights. The room was very spacious and clean. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help us with anything we needed! They even gave us mangoes and coconuts picked from their garden, and both were absolutely delicious! We ended up going on a safari with them, which turned out to be the highlight of our time in Sri Lanka! It was a one-day safari where we saw two leopards, elephants, and many other animals. They also prepared lunch for us, which we enjoyed by the ocean. We had an amazing time. Their little puppy was so cute and lively—we absolutely adored him! We would gladly return in the future.

He took me on a birdsafari near the accommodation, and he was very knowledgable.

Loved this stay, the treehouse was adorable and the hosts were incredibly kind. We got vegetarian dinner and it was delicious. They helped us arrange two amazing safaris as well, I wish we had more time
