The owners really make you feel welcome and share info about location, beaches, reef, swimming, local restaurant, shops and possible tours. They make sure your ferry to and from the island is taken care off. The staff makes sure all is perfect and stays perfect. The location is peaceful and quiet. The room very comfortable. That has to be, as the climate here is so hot and humid that there is actually only 2 things to do on the island: leaving the dream on the beach and in the water and relaxing in your room with AC on. You might not overlook the ocean and bikini beach is a 10 minute walk away, but the relatively low price, peaceful setting and above average friendliness and the feeling you are truly welcome makes is very worthwhile. We were sad to leave as we could have spent another couple of days with ease.

We really liked the location, the closenes to the beach and calmness in the end of the road. The breakfast was good and the room was really comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. But, the best was the staff 😀! All were friendly, helpful and allways wafer to help out. Especially Farid, who helped us with snorkeling trip and transportation when we were changing island. We had one of our best holidays at MAMELLO beach club. Majeed and Samhooz are excellent hosts. They communicated transportation details when we booked the room. They welcomed us at harbor when we arrived at the island, took us to the hotel and offered welcome drinks. The room was clean and modernly decorated. It was cleaned everyday during our stay. The hotel is very close to bikini beach, you can also easily walk to the public beach. There are enough sun beds and umbrellas at the bikini beach. We were able to borrow snorkel equipment from the hotel. Everything was thought for the guests. Hot water was available all the time. Also, we enjoyed 24 hour free coffee and tea. You can choose continental or Maldivian breakfast, both are fulfilling. Dinners are amazing, we had fresh local fish. These are available facilities, which are impressive, but for us, more important was the cozy and friendly atmosphere at the hotel. We met two amazing guests who also felt like home at MAMELLO. We will always remember our holiday with joy, love, and laughter. Some info about the island: the bikini beach was okay, at first I had trouble finding sandy part inside the water but later I was able to find nice parts of the beach. What is special about this island is the coral reef. It is still live and looks like out of this world. For snorkeling, best area is opposite side of bikini beach. Look for best snorkeling sign at google maps. Another thing about the island is that it is close to an abandoned resort, which you can visit at a fair price. Snorkeling at this resort island is also fun. I hope you enjoy your time at Feridhoo.

Tento pobyt bychom vřele doporučili všem.

The property was clean and well equipped. The staff was incredibly nice, even when I was 1.5 hours later for breakfast they still made it for me. By far our nicest stay in Maldives. And again, the staff made it great!

Krásné a čisté prostředí, velice milý personál, vstřícný a vždy k dispozici i samostatný majitel. Ve spojení s nádhernými plážemi , na kterých jsou k dispozici lehátka i slunečník, to byla nezapomenutelná dovolená.

We were the only guests in the accommodation and Mohamed cooked just for us. We took the full board service and the food was really delicious. For every meal we eat fish, fruit, freshly squeezed tropical fruit juice and we really love it! Thoddoo is a cute little island with heavenly beaches! Believe me, the sea is more beautiful than in resorts. All peeps for this accommodation!

While planning our Maldives vacation, we have done an extensive research on islands around Male city and their properties and perceived Fairytale Inn to be the most promising. Our efforts in reality were rewarded with such great gifts like beauty, style, tranquility, character and joy. The owner has a blend of very professional and nice ethics while her assistant Nani is the gem of our experience with smile, care, cooking, availability and support. The room has such positive vibe while the terrace is providing a true jungle stay experience. Without any creatures though. Breakfast was amazing, and dinner the best on Thoddoo. Cute beach is about 4min walk, while the big paradise beach can be reached in 3 ways, 15min walk, 5min bicycle ride or via a 3$ transport. Free filtered water included, as well as toilet amenities, snorkeling equipment and free bicycles. Transport to and from the ferry port complimentary. One of the top 3 accommodation experiences of my life (and I travelled a lot). Already planning to stay there again next year. The stuff has totally spoiled us.
