Brett and Veronica were excellent hosts and I cannot recommend La Bodega enough. Excellent accommodation and facilities with the views that were just breathtaking. This is a fabulous place to stay. If you want the familiar comforts of a run of the mill hotel, this isn't it. This place is full of character, interest and personal touches. It is set in a peaceful, rural location about 500m uphill from the bus stop. It's a 20 minute walk up and then downhill to a beautiful beach. There is a supermarket about 1km away. It is clean, comfortable and quiet. Sit on the verandah in the evening and listen to the sounds of nature. Highly recommended.
