A shout out to Judy, Jaz and Abraham, who all went the extra mile to ensure our stay was comfortable. They went above and beyond in their customer service. An example of this is when we checked in, Judy hearing that my husband and I needed to return to the Puerto Princesa airport the following day to board our van for an ongoing trip to Port Barton, took it upon herself to contact our transport company and arranged for a pickup directly from Adlaw Inn. Outstanding customer service! This place is also incredibly clean. It was such a pleasant experience that we booked Adlaw Inn a week later when we had return to Puerto Princesa for our flight to Manila. I would highly recommend :)

Very nice being at the beach Helpful staff, they helped organize some snorkeling tour and also our transportation to airport. It was nice to sit and chat in the bar area. In our room we really liked the little balcony.
