It features an outdoor pool and an on-site restaurant. Visiting the Douro region I found the best thing to do is to stay here. You will experience everything Douro region has to offer! Throughout your visit you will experience several tasting of the excellent portwines of the house. And staying there you don’t need to drive anymore. (Large carpark). There is a joint drink followed by a communal dinner. The food is excellent and portwines are used in the food as well. It’s a very nice to socialize with other guests. There is a lovely swimming pool with nice seating area overlooking the wineslopes. Rooms are spotless, very comfortabel and atmospheric. Last but not least: there is a beautiful 2 hour hike from the premises through the winefields with magnificant Douro riverviews from high above! This all makes for an unforgettable experience! The accommodation offers airport transfers, while a bicycle rental service is also available. Eduardo and his parents were kind and gracious hosts. They went out of their way to make our check in, stay and visits to the vineyard as convenient as possible. Eduardo also especially arranged a pick up and drop to and from the Pinhao railway station as he was available at the time and at a minimal fee. The place was beautiful and clean. We got to taste the Portuguese traditional cuisine for dinner and breakfast was good with plenty of options at the buffet.

The property features river and city views, and is 14 km from Our Lady of Remedies Sanctuary. Natur Waterpark is 24 km from the bed and breakfast and Lamego Museum is 13 km away. Best location for the purpose of our trip - experiencing the historical train. The room was nice and comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Also close to so many lovely restaurants and the guesthouse has a cafe too. The staff were so lovely and nice too, very accommodating. Highly recommended.

The location was stunning, close drive to many restaurants, you can see the mountains from there. I am staying there again when in the valley. Loved everything, so the only thing I can say that I highly recommend this place.

Daniel was wonderful, when google maps got us lost about 5 iminutes from the property, we called Daniel and described where we were, he came in his car to guide us to the property. Spent a morning hiking amongst the vines, terrific views.
