A nice and new place, right next to the main street so it would be easy to find it, however, might seem a little noisy if sleeping with opened windows. Everything feels nice and very good kept of, all clean. There is a restaurant downstairs with delicious food and gigantic portions. Definitely a place to recommend!

Firstly the hosts were delightful , very welcoming and helpful. The newly built accommodation was sparkling clean with 5 private rooms , and a shared area with tables and chairs and a sofa . Very close to the heart of town with restaurants and supermarkets a short walk away . A sunny courtyard at the entrance was also much appreciated. We were guests for a week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Modern House , and the welcoming hosts .

For first timers, there is only one restaurant in Breb that is remote and hard to get to, a tiny market, and no bank or ATM. As such, the property you stay at SO important. I extended my stay because this beautiful guest house was so incredibly wonderful, peaceful, warm and comfortable. My Highest recommendation!
