Although the room on the ground floor was pretty dark everything beside that was amazing. The entrance is amazing with all these plants, lamps and lights. The staff was very nice and helpful. The kitchen had everything you need to make a simple breakfast. And the location was top top. I can highly recommand to stay in this wonderful place ! :)

Pa Ma gave us the most motherly welcome making sure we knew how everything works, even offering free laundry. Bed was comfy, design was unique. Breakfast/Chillout area was lovely.

From helping carry the bag to 4th floor, booking the tour even it's already late to contacting a cab for airport. Breakfast is very good, it will start from 0730 am, but if you will inform them that you have early pick-up for your tour, they will arrange early breakfast for you. It was a good experience, I will surely come back.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is very laid back and makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean, and have a small table and area to hang some clothes. The location in the Old Town is great. The guesthouse is located in a way that you have no noise from the street it is on.

It was an amazing experience staying here. The building had a lot of charm and was such a calm atmosphere. Breakfast and water was provided for me both mornings. Would definitely stay here again!

Super friendly staff, great location next to cute cafes and shops by Wat Phra Singh. The breakfast every morning was a nice touch. Great AC. Highly recommend!
