Joum was always available to provide advice about visiting Sukhothai, and she has a well-prepared information booklet for her guests. We booked it because it looked so nice and we are very happy that we did. Paolo (hope I spell his name right) and his wife are both very, very friendly. They do their up most best to make you feel welcome and taken care of. When we arrived we got useful information about Sukothai, what to see and when to see it. That information proved to be useful and correct. Breakfast is a surprise but we can tell you that it is excellent and more than enough. Not a buffet but personally prepared for you. The Thai name translates to Jasmin House. The location in this website/app is a little off although the address is correct, the location on Google Maps is the correct location. The Grab app does know the Guesthouse next door (see Google Maps) and that way we arrived without a problem. This hotel is quite new, the owners do have another, bigger hotel. Everything looks nice, you can sit in front of the reception and in the breakfast area, it is really nice decorated and peaceful. The location is excellent, just around the corner from the entrance of Sukothai historical park (with food market for dinner, free entrance in the evening) and around the other corner is a night market during weekends. The street itself is very quiet, which is good for sleeping. The rooms were very clean, the bed is one of the best we had last month, the bathroom is clean and the shower is good. We would definitely recommend this place, go meet Paolo and his wife and enjoy their hospitality. Another tip is to go to 'amulet learning center' (Buddhist votive tablets learning center according to Google Maps) which is just 2 km away. Less known but a very nice activity to do (we are 2 adults and an almost adult so it is not only for children).

The property was clean and tidy and very spacious! A nice modern touch with comfy beds! The staff who run the place were attentive, kind and hospitable. We had breakfast delivered to our table every morning- traditional and fresh. The owner couldn’t do enough for him and we would certainly return should we pass through again.
