The room was very spacious, and the bathroom designed so that the shower water was contained and didn't make the entire floor wet. A refrigerator was a nice touch. And there was coffee, toast and cookies in the morning -- not exactly breakfast but something to hold you over until you can walk to one of the many nearby restaurants.

Perfect location near the old city, clean comfy rooms and great food. After we got back to Chiang Mai, we realized that we forgot to pick up our clothes at the laundry in town and they went out of their way to pick them up and ship them to us. Awesome service.

It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect with nature. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. We were greeted with fresh, delicious smoothies and refreshing ginger iced tea — a wonderful touch after our long journey. Throughout our stay, the hospitality was beyond anything we expected. On several occasions, we received complimentary treats like fresh watermelon, bottled water, snacks, and smoothies delivered right to our room, without even asking. What truly left a lasting impression was the kindness and dedication of the Villa Manager. On the day of our departure, our scheduled Grab car to the airport didn’t show up. Without hesitation, the Manager personally offered to drive us to the airport in her own car. That level of care and genuine hospitality is something we will never forget. Everything about our stay was exceptional — from the serene environment to the thoughtful service. We left feeling refreshed, cared for, and already dreaming of our next visit. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with world-class hospitality. The breakfast is so delicious that we always finished all. Hotel located at the center area, so it’s convenient to go to the historical park or night market, and not noisy at all since it’s not on side of the main road. Definitely recommend it to my friends!
