It was very good experience with holiday home hotel in Hanoi. There are helping staff and specially the person named Mr.tony is very helpful and kind. He was helping us to arranged our trip to Ninh Binh and Halong bay .

Lee Homestay on hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemaja, mis asub Hanois, Vietnami etnoloogiamuuseumist 12 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on tasuta jalgrattad ja järvevaated. We arrived late at night to the property due to flight delays and by the time we got to the house everywhere was closed already but Mr Lee made sure to prepare a yummy food for us and it was totally free! The host family is very nice and kind people. Also got free laundry + free flow tea & coffee hehe

The room was large and well located and clean and the ac worked great. Best of all was moon, she went out of her way to help us, as we were stuck with grab not working far away and she booked a grab for us to come back to the hotel and then to the bus station just in time to catch the bus! We would have missed it for sure without her! So thankful!

This guesthouse was adorable -- I really felt like home here. The host was so friendly and made my stay so comfortable. Listen, nowhere in Hanoi is quiet, so you're gonna hear scooters occasionally go by, live music from the neighborhood restaurant, and a rooster earlier than you really want. This is still the most peaceful place I stayed during my 2 weeks in Hanoi.

CIBI Homes - Hanoi Central Living Space offers accommodation set less than 1 km from the centre of Hanoi and features a garden and a shared lounge. - The location was fantastic, we walked everywhere and there are some lovely food and drink options very nearby. - The staff were great, they helped arrange airport collection for us at 4am despite our plane meant to be landing at midnight and the night security guard was able to let us in. They were always available and friendly and welcoming. - The free snacks were a nice touch as was the 10% discount and the cafe in the lobby. - We stayed 2 nights and then extended as we liked it so much. - This is newly opened hence less reviews available yet
