I have stayed in other hotels around Vietnam and often this price point means sacrificing a private bathroom or a window.

Everything, they cleaned the room all the time and well. Communication was perfect. Loved it. Quiet, and loved the big projector for Netflix :)

At the guest house, each unit has bed linen and towels. The best polite owner, help us with everything. Atmosphere like at home. I highly recommend this honestly and the best location.

A recently renovated guest house in Ho Chi Minh City and within 600 metres of Tan Dinh Market, SAIGONESE Studio features a terrace, comfortable allergy-free rooms and free WiFi. It is located 2.1 km from Diamond Plaza and provides luggage storage space. The guest house has family rooms. We had a fantastic stay at Saigonese Studios. The location is perfect, and the rooftop apartment with its private terrace was a real highlight. The soundproofing was excellent — we didn’t hear any street noise at all. The staff were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Overall, a great experience, and we’d 100% stay here again next time we’re in town. We also brought our dog, and that was no problem at all.

The room is nice, spacious, neat and clean. The price is also affordable, worth it with the room size at Ho Chi Minh. The location is also good, quiet area so it's not noisy, near Aeon Citymart so it's easy to shop and there is a way to the main road. The owner is also nice and friendly.

A car rental service is available at the guest house. Really amazing find. Such good value for money just off pub street. The owner is so friendly, the room is comfortable and clean and has everything you could need. We would definitely recommend!

Our hosts were a lovely couple who provided us with lots of water and fruits, helped us find a laundry place and kept our bag safe while we travelled elsewhere for a few days. The room was spacious and clean. There was plenty of air conditioning and hot water. Location is in a quiet alley close enough to good restaurants and cafes. 20 minute walk to main downtown area.

The location is great, in a quiet alley, in an area of interesting back streets and alleys, where you feel you're in the real city, not just another tourist area,yet only a short walk to the centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have all you could need. Breakfast was great, they made special vegetarian food for us each morning, it's great to start the day without having to face the streets in search of food.
