Ian, the manager/owner, not sure, was super amazing! I was lost on route to the Vantage as there are 2 Vantages (CAG) as well as Vantage suits. I was so frustrated that no one wanted to help me! Ian arranged to have an Uber collect me from my wrong hotel (CAG Vantage) and drop me at the correct accommodation. When I arrived, everything was absolutely perfect and spotlessly clean. It was a hotel/suit but with a home away from home feel. The bed was super comfortable, and the pillows met my very strict expectations of pillows. I slept like a log! The check-out was painless, and to be honest, this is my and my colleagues's new choice of accommodation close to our office when travelling. You can't go wrong here. PS: It was super quiet in the evening, which was an added bonus. The WiFi worked perfectly, as well as the air conditioning and everything else. The shower had ample hot water with good pressure. Let's just say it exceeded my expectations! Thank you, Ian, for turning a very frustrating situation into diamonds!

Sunrock Guesthouse offers free airport shuttle is available from and to OR Tambo International Airport, a barbecue and entertainment area, a fully-licensed bar and an outdoor pool. Communication was great before and during stay. Staff incredibly friendly and helpful. My room overlooked the pool, view exactly as shown in the picture. Pool lovely and warm. Extra towel given you for swimming. Buffet style evening meal and breakfast - delicious. As a solo traveler felt very safe. Travel to and from airport provided. Very punctual and helpful. Sadly, unable to make the tours/trips they were offering, but will hopefully get to return one day.

She is Amazing! We arrived a little flustered as I was nervous for the first time driving on the other side of the road and Booking.com has the wrong address listed. She has requested it be adjusted several times. The front gate did provide the correct address. Upon arrival she showed us the property and got us settled and we immediately needed to do some laundry. She kindly offered to do it for us so that we could explore the area and visit the Apartheid Museum. She gave us recommendations for restaurants and when we returned, we sat and chatted about travel experiences and safety concerns as a woman. I genuinely enjoyed our conversation. We were leaving early in the morning, and she offered to make our breakfast to go. Once we were in the car and opened it we were so impressed. It was as if mom made our lunch and all that was missing was a love note. However, she exceeded those expectations later that week with a message to follow up asking how our trip was going and if we needed any advice or help. Above and beyond. Thank you Anni.
