We booked hotel to spend weekend and celebrate my birthday in Istanbul. As we had been 3 times before we decided to stay a little bit far from crowd places. Hotel was amazing especially staff. They provided me room free room upgrade cause of my birthday. We enjoyed spa and good breakfast. Definitely recommend that hotel for few days

I stayed at this hotel from January 6-9. I was assigned to room 2110. All the staff were friendly, accommodating whether I was asking for extra soap, breakfast, seeking clean paper money to take as a souvenir, or calling a taxi. Overall I was treated as a family member. However, I would like to praise and give a special thank you to Miss. Riya, at the front desk. She always greeted me with friendliness. When I asked Ms. Riya if my room included breakfast, she said not to worry. She spoke with the dining room staff, and thanks to her I was able to enjoy a full breakfast and coffee during my stay.
