It has always been a pleasurable experience except this time. Upon arrival we were told that there was no reservation for us. When I showed my confirmation from Booking. Com, the receptionist said “ oh you booked through them, that’s the problem. Our confirmation numbers are different than ours. It took about 15 minutes and we were given a room. In the past , they gave me my points because I am a Hilton Honors member but this time they didn’t offer to do that.Guest review byRobertYoung couple
