Our suite had a real feel of luxury to it which seemed to surpass the price we paid! On reflection we regretted not staying there for longer than the one night, and would definitely stay there again if ever we found ourselves in the Tucson area again!

All the facilities were to a very high standard and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff and the location are the real standouts at El Conquistador. The front desk, valet, restaurant & breakfast staff, poolside staff and coffee shop staff made us feel very welcome and cared for and deserve recognition. The Epazote restaurant was truly a delight, we kept going back because we loved it so much. Everywhere was nice and clean and well-kept and the views of the mountains were stunning. A memorable place to stay indeed.

It was in the price of the stay. We should have not had to sign for the breakfast but was not charged. Did notice that the breakfast on that was recipe was 30.00 per person for a simple buffet. We heard that we could have use the menu.

We moved from Tucson and always stay at this Hilton when we return to visit friends and family. The location is awesome for us. We enjoyed the pool area with the summer heat. Some of the employees were awesome and made us feel welcomed. (Leann, Megan and Mike with engineering, were exceptional!

I think for as much as the room costs, the breakfast buffet should be included. I feel like Hilton does a huge disservice to it's customers by nickeling and diming them right on down to the bottle of water in the rooms costing $2.00 for non-members.

We stayed at this location because of the Hilton name and because of the pool. The pool was not clean, and the Jacuzzi area was disgusting. The housekeeping in the room left a lot to be desired. I even questioned whether the sheets were changed. The view of the mountains was beautiful, but the window in our room was covered with handprints from a previous guest. I would love to leave a positive review, but we will not be staying at this property again.
