Breakfast was good after becoming hilton honors members by accident due to plastic in pancake! They were extremely apologetic and went above and beyond to make up for it.

It was simply beautiful! Hotel staff are very nice and help answer all questions! Room cleaning services best man! Porter at the entrance helped us a lot with finding a taxi! Arrived earlier and had to wait. During this time we started the Umrah, everything was great! Hotel is close 5min to Makkah! Can not complain! Many thanks to the Doubletree Hilton team and we'll see you again soon Inshallah! One of my favorite hotel as of now!

This is genuinely one of the best hotels I have stayed at in Makkah. It should be on par with the Hilton Hotel. Absolutely clean - 10/10. It should be rated as a 4-star hotel. I think it would be a 5-star hotel if they had more breakfast choices. I hope they continue to maintain their cleanliness and service.

Location a little far from the Holy Kaaba, with a main road just infront that we had to cross everytime. But luckily we found a way through another hotel (Hilton Jabal Omar/ Hilton Makkah convention) which made the walk to the mosque easier and shorter (around 10 min). Just cross the main road in front and walk left a little until you reach jabal omar street on your right. Then you can go through the hilton hotel on your left after marriot. The hotel was a very good value for the money.

This is my third visit to Conrad hotel, usually size room is quite large but this time was not specifically room located at the end/ corner! Food great, room service so good, location great few steps walking to haram, upon arrived and checking in was so great and female staff so friendly and smiling.
