Wonderfully artistic interiors, recently renovated so fresh and clean. Incredible rooftop terrace. Hosts were amazing accomodating us at short notice after we booked the wrong dates. Very warm and welcoming of our dog, Archie. Perfect for families seeking separate private spaces or a couple of friends travelling together.

The appartement Albula of Tivoli Charming Houses is situated in centre of the ancient and charming town of Tivoli. From the outside it doesn't look to exiting, but inside we found the most modern and beauitiful decorated appartement. We felt at home imidiately. On our arrival we were very well received in a personal and friendly manner by the hosts, Pietro and Alessia. Pietro gave us lots of information on what to do and what to see in an excelent english (which is not too common i Italy) The appartement has a personal touch, enough space for a small family, and it was spotless clean and very well equipped for a long stay, including washing machine on the top of the staircase. The beds were very good, and gave us good nights sleep. There is also and terrace where we enjoyed the warm autum evenings with a glas of wine and an evening meal. We would have loved to stay much longer. The appartement is in the middle of the town, yet very quiet surroundings, and it's less that ten minutes walk from the railway station with good connections to Rome Central Station. Highly recommended.

A perfect spot as you can easily bus or train to Rome and it is a short bus ride up the hill to Tivoli. Easy parking and straightforward to find. Stefano was a superb host. He was friendly and welcoming and contacted us during our stay to check we were all OK. The unit is private and set up beautifully. We highly recommend staying at Cozy House!

The location is perfect if one wants to visit the Villa d'Este or/and Villa Adriana. There are delicious and friendly staffed coffeeshops as well as restaurants closeby. It's possible to park on the grounds and the highway is super close which makes it perfect if you are traveling and only stopping shortly to recharge. Our host has been perfect!
