The house was absolutely perfect for our family gathering. We came together to remember our sister who passed away. We had 7 adults and 4 kids . The pool is great and the separate wing for part of the family was nice. Spacious so plenty of space to get together comfortably and we could all eat at the dining table together. The kitchen has everything needed and so clean and organized. And big enough to cook a big meal for everyone . The bedrooms have very comfortable quality beds and very nice bedding. Everything is top tier . Highly recommend to big groups. Good communication when we had questions also .

It actually has 2 bedrooms not just one as listed. At night when the temperature drops, inside the house remains nice and cozy. Also, when you shut the windows, the sound of the coqui frogs lessen a lot! There are neighbors so we felt safe, and not isolated. The house was clean, cozy, well stocked and very well lit at night. Really happy with the motion lighting at night!!
