Gili Trawangan is 2 km from the accommodation, while Tanjung is 12 km from the property. We loved the rooms, their decoration, the comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings, seeing the beach right from the room. The staff was so, so kind and always helpful. We had movie nights, very delicious breakfast, and a perfect snorkel location right in front of the hotel.

IMPORTAT IF YOU GO TO GILIS (my review comes after): - HORSES: When you arrive to the island, if you have not option but take a horse, CHECK THE HORSE FIRST, there are some that look exhausted and abused, choose one that looks good. - PLASTIC AND RUBISH: When you ask for a drink, tell them in advance to don't give you a plastic straw and always bring a bag with you when you go out, so you can help cleaning the rubish on the ocean that affects marine life. - SUNBLOCK AND TURTLES: bring a sunblock that doesn't damagge the ecosistem. Don't bother the turtles when you snorkel and DON'T LEAVE THE ISLAND WITHOUT GIVING A DONATION FOR THE TURTLE CONSERVATION CENTER (5 min walk from the harbour) - If you want to stroke a cat (there are many) be careful to dont be bitten (playing), for sure they have no vaccines and you may need a antirabbic vaccine if that happen. VILLA KINAGU Excellent relation quality-price. The room is very spacious, impecable, confortable bed and good natural illumination. Nice breakfast with different options. Staff very friendly and always dispose to help, despite of they took 2 days to tell me how to turn on the tv as the control remote wasn't working, so insist if you have a bigger issue. Free bikes are so useful and they are almost new. Nice surroundings with cows and chickens and 5-7 min walking from the beach. I had a problem with my flight and they were very comprehensive and helpful. I recommend it.

Unzipp bungalows has been the ideal place to relax 5 days in Gili Air. The confort of the bungalows is amazing ,the people who work there are always nice and in a good mood. They really try to help you with everything. The snorkeling right in front of the hotel is a plus, nicefish and turtles. We could walk to restaurants, stores in the center of town. We rented some bikes too.

Located in Gili Air, 5 km from Gili Trawangan, Dolcemare Resort features a 27-metre long natural style swimming pool, a separate kids pool and 2 waterfalls. It has a common area and a big garden with a private area for kids. Free WiFi connection is available throughout. This villa is located very close (seconds walk) to the best beachbar with sunbeds and shisha on the Gili Air. Its the rare place on Gili islands where you can swim comfortably without special shoes!! The beach looks amazing during the high tide. Usually high tide is from 8am to 1pm, after that you can go relax in the pool which is also nice. Also, Dolcemare Resort is the only place where we have found decaf coffee on Bali. The breakfast was also quite good. If I come back to Jili Air I would not consider other options where to stay due to its convenient location.
