Perfect location for early morning checkin at terminal 4, 5 minutes walk between terminal and hotel (holiday inn and crown plaza are the closest on the walkway). Comfortable bed, fair selection of food and drink. Would always stay here if I have a long transfer or early check in at terminal 4.

the room is very clean and a good size for family of 4. the location is perfect to go anywhere in London in a shorty tube ride. shops and restaurants are aliens the corner. it is a family friendly hotel so perfect for a holiday in London with young kids .

Besides the ratings that covered most of the things, I really enjoyed the bed. Usually I am neutral about beds relative to the bed I have at home, but I really slept well in this bed.

Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and courteous. Trolley was available for moving luggage. Four lifts made a shorter wait going up or down.
